1General Terms

Jaya com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming and Sports Betting service. These terms govern the relationship between you (the user) and us.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit ৳200; maximum deposit ৳50,000 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal ৳500; maximum daily withdrawal ৳1,00,000
• Deposits are generally instant; withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawal options may be limited for unverified accounts
• Jaya com may delay or place a hold on any withdrawal to prevent suspicious transactions
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, jaya com may request additional information or documentation for large transactions. Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The following general terms apply to all bonuses, promotions, and special offers on jaya com:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, which typically ranges from 10x to 30x
• Winnings from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Each user is eligible to claim any bonus offer only once
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Jaya com reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected
• Bonus bets may not count in certain games — please refer to the individual terms for each bonus offer

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya com and will result in permanent account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Fraud, deception, or any other form of dishonest activity
• Using another person's account, or selling/transferring your account
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security or functionality of the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting to influence game outcomes or colluding with other players

Jaya com reserves the right to seize accounts, withhold funds, and pursue legal action in response to any of the violations listed above.

7Gaming Rules

Each game and Sports Betting section on jaya com has its own specific rules. The general gaming rules are as follows:

• All game outcomes are completely random and governed by certified RNG
• If a game round is incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded
• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds in live betting change in real time; in the event of a discrepancy between the display and the server, the server's data shall be final
• If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned

8Account Closure & Suspension

Jaya com may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation, action may be taken immediately and without prior notice
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request
• Inactive accounts with no activity for an extended period (over 12 months) may be closed
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be returned before closure. A self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gaming.

A maintenance fee of up to ৳100 per month may apply to inactive accounts that still hold a balance.

9Limitation of Liability

Jaya com is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers
• Any financial losses arising from game outcomes

In all circumstances, jaya com's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

10Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to respond to all complaints within 24–48 hours.

• We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of submission
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to a higher level
• In financial disputes, jaya com's records shall be considered conclusive evidence

12Changes to Terms
